This website is owned and operated by BOY RETREATS UG. Throughout the website, the terms “the company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to BOY RETREATS UG. By booking a retreat with us, you indicate that you have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions. These are essential for everyone's safety and understanding and to honor our time and work together.

BOOKINGS

We are a small, independent retreat business, and every booking is significant to us. Prices are fixed and non-negotiable. All retreat prices shown are per person and quoted and payable in EUR. BOY Retreats is not responsible for any fees incurred due to currency exchange or fees charged by your credit card/bank for processing funds in another currency.

Your retreat space is secured by making a 550 € deposit. This amount will be deducted from your total balance.

Please ensure the remaining payment is in our account no later than 6 weeks before the retreat starts to hold your reservation. If we do not receive your remainder payment on time, we have no choice but to make your spot available again, and you will forfeit your deposit.

REFUNDS

The deposit is Non-Refundable. Within 45 days or more, 30% of the Full Price will be refunded. Between 45 and 30 days prior, 15% of the Full Price will be refunded. Within 30 days, the Full Price of the retreat is Non-Refundable.

We recommend purchasing Trip Interruption insurance for any unforeseen circumstances.

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS

The retreat pricing only includes costs directly related to the retreat and inclusions where stated. The retreat pricing does not include airfares or airport transfers. We shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from delays or cancellations in your travels.

It is your responsibility to obtain all required travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and immunizations.

CANCELLATIONS

If we must cancel a retreat, we will notify you as soon as possible, and you will receive a 100% refund. However, we are not accountable for expenses incurred in preparation for the retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, visa fees, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

RETREAT CHANGES

We will try to ensure that the program we have shared with you remains unchanged. However, if, for any reason, a teacher becomes unavailable, we shall replace them with an equally suitable teacher. Whenever possible, you will be advised in advance of any alterations to the schedule once booked.

CONTENT CREATION + COMMERCE

Content creation with a commercial focus without prior agreement is not permitted. We curate these experiences for your personal enrichment, and the space is not intended for work, blogging, website promotion, or any form of product, brand, or service promotion.

INSURANCE

When you participate in the retreat, you agree that you do so at your own risk. You are required to have travel and international medical insurance on booking to cover any unfortunate events while traveling and on retreat.

Your insurance is NOT included in the retreat price.

HEALTH DISCLAIMER

For your safety, you must inform us of any medical conditions, pregnancy, disability, or any other mental and/or physical condition that may affect fitness to travel and participate in the retreat’s activities, including medications you are currently taking.

Please email us if you have concerns. If, in our reasonable opinion, the retreat is not suitable for your medical condition or disability, then we have the right to refuse your booking.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

Special requests must be submitted in the booking form. We will do our best to accommodate requests, including allergies, dietary or physical limitations, but this may not always be possible. We are not able to accept bookings that are conditional upon a special request.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We commit to engaging with and honoring everything that comes up within our retreats, including exceptional circumstances. If a dispute arises out of this Agreement that cannot be resolved by mutual consent, we agree to mediate in good faith and amicably discuss solutions.

RESPONSIBILITY & BEHAVIOR

We reserve the right to remove a participant from a retreat if their behavior is inappropriate, disruptive, upsetting, or dangerous to themselves or anyone else, with no refunds given. In these circumstances, we will not be liable to pay any refund, compensation, or any expenses incurred by you (including any return travel arrangements).

CONFIDENTIALITY

We respect your privacy and ask that you respect our privacy too. Any confidential information shared by BOY RETREATS, any member of BOY RETREATS UG, guest teachers, or any participant is confidential, proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the person who discloses the information. You agree not to disclose, reveal, or make use of any confidential information or any transactions during discussions, online, or otherwise. By joining our retreats, you agree to keep private information confidential and use your best efforts to safeguard confidential information.

NO EXCEPTIONS

Exceptions to our policies cannot be made for any reason. Any other agreement other than the above must be clearly made in writing.

CHANGES TO TERMS

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website, without prior notice to you.
